DIY Mask #2

I'm on a roll. Made a second mask except I used lace instead of tulle and yes i can actually see out of it. I was gonna cut out the eye holes but tried it on and was like ah ok.

DIY Mask

I said I would post more. I wasn't kidding.

I was looking into getting a masquerade mask. I wasn't gonna pay what I was seeing, so the next best thing is make my own. I hunted on the net for different things and I came across a tutorial on instructables. I am now practically living on this site learning things I didn't know and adding to things I already knew. I never tried making a mask before so this was a new one. It was rather simple. it just takes awhile due to drying time.

This was the tutorial I used. I did some things different. I used a colored tulle instead of sheer and also added rhinestones. I'm working on another one right now that I'm using leftover red lace on. That one is drying now.

I know its been awhile since i posted. I will start to keep up with it more sense i have many projects going on right now and a short amount of time to get them done in. In by short amount of time I mean 5 months but who's counting..........

But this post is all about my DeviantArt page. Since I got back into drawing a friend recommended that I start a page of my own. So I did a couple of weeks ago. I'll be posting up on that as I complete things. Right now its 2 drawings I did along with some old art work I did. Here is the link. Will post more to that page and this blog soon.

Turtle knits

My mom shared this with me. This is so cute. We make stuff for cats and dogs but this lady made stuff for her turtles and it's so cute that I must share. The shark is priceless.

Pet Knits

These are a couple of things I've made for some animals I know.

First we got Stella. My cousins dog. She is wearing a fabulous scarf I made.

Next we have fluffy relaxing on a mini blanket on her windowsill to spy on the neighbors.

Will be posting up more projects soon.
